Unfortunately I won’t be able to help you with that: only Unity knows your transaction details. The update page just uses their API to verify that an invoice number is valid, but it’s not nominative and not otherwise tracked.

5 years is a long time and the builder much evolved since 2020. Does it sound fair if I tell you to consider buying a new copy?

This would encourage my work as a developer, because, to speak frankly, the problem with the Unity-enforced free updates policy is that at some point the share of long-term users, who get free updates but are still entitled to support, largely outweighs the share of new users which are those who bring the money in. This growing imbalance is a real problem for a software that is required to continuously evolve. If subscriptions are forbidden on the Asset Store, then Inciting users to renew their purchase after a few years of use would be a fair trade off to sustain the software’s development costs.

I notified Unity about this problem but unfortunately got no response yet.
