By putting confirmation emails, CAPTCHAs, triple authentication, fingerprint scanners, QR codes, legal threats, and doctor-assessed measures of the poster's anatomy. These are the "best practices" in the industry and they are very effective.
Why are you asking ? Are you a spam bot author ? :-)

I built forum with NNF too. Im looking a way to secure my NNF. Right now I sync with spam protection using dronebl.org when everyone submit form message.
I want to combat bad user/troll account.
