You're using an East Asian locale/language for Windows, where the directory separators are not '\' but another character. This is very likely to cause problems with the toolchain indeed.

Please switch your Windows account to a Western locale/language (such as English). If that's inconvenient for your other programs, you may create another Windows user account and use the English locale just for the new account, and you'll use that Windows account to build iOS apps.
