Cant Upload: Missing or invalid signature

After Uploading I get a mail from Apple saying "ITMS-90034: Missing or invalid signature" even though i have signed it with a freshly downloaded distribution certificate. (re-sign on upload)

ITMS-90034: Missing or invalid signature - The bundle 'com.****.****' at bundle path 'Payload/****.app' is not signed using an Apple submission certificate.

Hello

If you just created that certificate, you may need to wait a few hours (typically less than 1 day) until the timezones from all around the globe all agree that the certificate's validity dates are current.

If it still happens one day after the certificate was created, then there'll be a problem. Post back if it's the case.
