Beta version of xcode

Xcode: 16.0 (non beta)
ios sdk: 18
ios builder: 3.64

Hi!
I tried to build my app using xcode 15.1 and ios sdk17, but got the message that I was using a beta version of XCode after uploading to itunes, which wasn't the case.
So I decided to update my mac OS, to update my XCode to 16.0 (latest), still non beta.

Same error on the itunes connect page:

Probably not linked to this issue, I saw an error during the SDK import command:

And the sdk-build file is also empty, (as seen in another thread, it could cause issues with itunes)

Thanks for your support!
Anthony

Receiving the same message from App Store Connect after trying to "Add for Review" using xCode 15.3 and 15.4.

Error message:
New apps and app updates must be built with the latest public (GM) versions of Xcode, and the iOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS SDKs. Apps built with beta versions aren't allowed.

Hoping someone has a workaround/fix. Thanks!

Hello

The "xcode-select" error you have during SDK migration is the cause of the problem. If you have several versions of Xcode installed, I'd advise to migrate from another machine which has only one (possibly a macOS VM).

It would be interesting to pinpoint the cause of the error in the migration script, but unfortunately the next version of the builder should use a totally rewritten one so I don't think i'll take the time to investigate this very problem.

Thanks @Pierre-Marie-Baty I will rebuild with only one version of xcode installed and reply back with results.

It worked!

I moved all versions of xCode into trash other than the one I wanted to use (xCode 15.4) and that did the trick.

Thank you so much @Pierre-Marie Baty
